If you’re a merchant looking to use Charge Anywhere, you’ll need to obtain a Merchant ID, Secret Key, and Terminal ID. Step 1: Log in to the Charge Anywhere Transaction Manager Portal
To get started, log in to the Charge Anywhere Transaction Manager portal. If don’t have an account, you can do so by contacting Charge Anywhere and following their account creation process.
Step 2: Navigate to the “Payment Form Processing Data” Page
Once you’re logged in, navigate the Virtual Terminal > Payment Forms > Payment Processing Data page as illustrated in the image below.
Step 3: Enter your profile password
To obtain your Secret Key, you must authenticate the portal using the password associated with your profile, which is the same password used to log in to the portal. This is done to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to the Secret Key.
Step 4: Obtain the Merchant ID, Terminal ID, and Secret Key
Once you have completed the authentication process, the next screen will show your Merchant ID, Secret Key, and Terminal ID for using the Payment Form. To generate a new secret key for the Payment Form, select Generate Secret. To delete the old Secret and generate a new one, select Rotate Secret. If you have already generated the Secret Key previously, you can choose one from the list that corresponds to the Terminal ID obtained in Step 2.
We highly advise you to periodically rotate your secret key and securely store all Processing Data information.

Step 5: Save Your Credentials
Once you have obtained your Merchant ID, Secret Key, and Terminal ID, make sure to save them in a secure location. These credentials will be required to integrate Charge Anywhere into your payment processing system.
